This is the best material chosen to protect the book during transit. If the original packaging is no longer suitable due to dirt, damage or loss, please use the equivalent quality of packaging such as a clean sealed plastic bag and clean sturdy cardboard postal envelope well sealed which will protect it during transit. If incorrect or unsuitable postal packing material is used the book may become damaged in transit and it may also null Royal Mail’s transit protection or claims policy.

The packaging materials have been chosen carefully to best ensure the product remains protected from damage during its transit to you, so it reaches you in best condition. Each book is carefully checked and packaged before transit.
*Do not use sharp objects such as scissors or knives as it is easy to open the package without using these. Open the cardboard packaging carefully so as to not cause damage to the book. To open the cardboard envelope hold the black tab next to the words “open here”. Pull the tab sideways carefully in the direction of the arrows to tear open the cardboard envelope packaging. The book will be inside in a sealed clear plastic bag for further protection to reach you in good condition. Take hold of the book and gently pull it out of the cardboard packaging while it is still contained within the clear plastic bag.
Care Examining the product (book)
The outer cover and outer edge of pages can be examined before opening the clear bag. The plastic bag can be opened by pulling up the sticky tape which is sealing it.
Care should be taken while examining inside the book. Use of the book is deemed acceptance of the product.
To examine the books pages use clean, dry hands and the pages may be flicked through gently without creasing of the pages or cracking the spine by opening the pages wide and flat.
Your duty of care if you cancel the order
If you cancel the order and received the book, you have a duty to take care of the book until it is returned safely. You must also keep it in your possession up to the point you dispatch it to be returned. Keep the book safe and away from causes of damage such as liquids, pets, smells, smoke, bangs, knocks, marks, cuts and tears – so that it will be returned to me in as new condition for me to resell.
If you cancel, return the book as soon as is possible.
If you need to return the book email; [email protected] and an address slip will be emailed back to you for you to print and attach to the cardboard envelope securely.
Please be sure to obtain and keep your proof of posting as the book is in your duty of care. To return the book the postal service to use is Royal Mail 1st Class signed for delivery. This is best practice for you being as the book remains your responsibility and enables you to check the book has been received back by me.
The original packaging, or that of the same quality, is best for book protection.
The packaging materials have been chosen carefully to best ensure the product remains protected from damage during its transit to you; so that it reaches you in best condition. Each book is carefully checked and packaged before postage and transit to you.
If you need to return the goods please keep and store the original packaging carefully in a dry, clean place, free from smells, liquids, dirt, dust, pets, grease, marks, any damage etc.
Upon deciding to cancel and return received book the customer should place the book according to the following instructions back in its original packaging (if the packaging has been kept clean and dry) and post it back to me as soon as possible.
Insert the book back into the plastic bag and reseal with a sticky tape as it was for sending out. Then carefully slide the book sealed in the plastic bag back into the cardboard envelope. Fold over the top flap of the cardboard envelope again and seal the edge securely with suitable sticky tape. Enough so it secures the edges and will remain closed during transit.
Any and all refunds can only be claimed by, and paid back into the account of, the original customer who paid for the order.
